Omanization

  • In keeping with the Omanization policy with Ministry of Manpower and the government of the Sultanate of Oman, the Company shall, as far as possible, employ Omani nationals while constant efforts shall be made to Omanise existing positions held by expatriates.
  • Sufficient opportunities shall be given to Omani employees to further and advance their careers within the Company. Continuous on-job and out sourced training shall be provided to upgrade their skills.
  • The Company shall strictly implement various decrees and decisions taken by the government of the Sultanate of Oman for furthering the cause of ICV & Omanization of the work force. The company will adhere to the Omanization percentage as prescribed by the Ministry of Manpower from time to time.
